15 20 25 30 To protrude the vegetable cubes present between the leaves, it is known to use comb-shaped accessories. These combs comprise teeth with a shape which is substantially complementary to the spaces bounded by the blades of the grille. Said teeth are dimensioned and located at such distances that they can be inserted simultaneously in said spaces delimited by the blades of the grille. The vegetable cubes are thus removed from the grid by means of the teeth of the comb. However, a user often has to perform several attempts to insert the teeth of the comb between the blades of the grille. In fact, the blades risk bumping against the ends of the teeth. When the surface of the grid is covered with lumps of food residue, the user has difficulty seeing the leaves and it becomes even more difficult to place the comb well. The present invention makes it possible to solve these problems and to provide a more efficient device for cleaning grids for cutting foodstuffs. One aspect of the present invention actually relates to a comb-type device, comprising a finger aligned with the teeth of said comb. One end of the finger protrudes relative to one end of the teeth. The shape of the finger is such that said finger is adapted to slide in a space delimited by blades. Thus, when the user uses the comb-type device to clean a grid, he begins by inserting the finger into a space defined by blades of said grid. The finger then serves as a guide for the insertion of the teeth of the comb into a second space. This control by means of the finger facilitates the use of comb-type devices. One aspect of the present invention thus relates to a device for cleaning a grid intended for cutting foodstuffs, said grid comprising two sets of parallel blades, said blade delimiting spaces of four-sided cross-section, in a main plane of the grid, a main plane each blade is substantially perpendicular to the main plane of the grid, said device comprising at least one tooth, said tooth being dimensioned to be inserted into spaces defined by blades, said device being characterized in that it comprises a finger in line with the tooth or teeth, one end of said finger projecting relative to one end of the tooth or teeth, the finger being adapted to slide in a space defined by blades at the same time as the insertion of the tooth or teeth in a space / spaces delimited by blades . According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a portion of the finger has a four-sided cross-section, substantially complementary to the cross-section of the spaces delimited by the blades. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the end of the finger, which protrudes relative to the ends of the tooth or teeth, has a shape which is substantially tapered. This shape facilitates the insertion of the finger into the spaces defined by the blades. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the device comprises several sets of teeth and fingers of different sizes and / or shapes. in fact, apparatus for processing foodstuffs generally comprises several grids, which makes it possible to obtain food pieces of different sizes. It is more convenient for a user to have the cleaning aids for each grid assembled in a single device. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a unit for cleaning a grid intended for cutting foodstuffs, said grid comprising two sets of parallel blades, the blades delimiting spaces with a four-sided cross-section, in a main plane of the grid, a main plane of each blade is substantially perpendicular to the main plane of the grid, said unit comprising a scraper for removing foodstuffs on the surface of the grid, said scraper comprising a plate provided with an edge, said device also comprising a comb type cleaning device, as previously described. The scraper makes it possible to even out the lumps of vegetable residue that can accumulate on the grid surface. It is then easier for the user to insert the comb-type cleaning device into the spaces delimited by the blades of the grille. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the unit also comprises a seat comprising a space adapted to receive the grid by fitting, said seat also comprising a vessel located below said space. This seat makes it possible to place the grille on a stable surface before the cleaning operations. The presence of a tub also makes it possible to collect the pieces of food which are pushed out of the comb-type device. According to a more preferred embodiment of the invention, the seat comprises two spaces of different sizes and / or shapes, suitable for receiving grids of different sizes by fitting, said two spaces being located on two opposite sides of said seat. Such a seat makes it possible to treat two grilles with different sizes and / or shapes. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the unit also comprises a handle provided with means for reversible assembly with the seat. A dipping of the grid in very hot water is in fact useful for carrying out the cleaning of said grid. With the help of such a handle, a user can in particular place the grille and seat in a basin of hot water without his hands coming into contact with the water. Risks of burns are avoided in this way. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the unit also comprises a substantially, cylindrical pin, with a cross-section which is smaller than the cross-section of a space delimited by the blade of the grid. This shaft makes it possible to clean the spaces delimited by the blades and located at the periphery of the grille. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a method of cleaning a grid intended for cutting foodstuffs, said grid comprising two sets of parallel blades, the blades delimiting spaces with a four-sided cross-section in a main plane of the grid, a main plane of each blade being substantially perpendicular to the main plane of the grid, said method comprising the following steps: - scraping foodstuffs present on a surface of the grid, by means of a scraper comprising a plate provided with an edge; The insertion, in the spaces with a four-sided cross-section, of at least one tooth and / or the finger of a comb-type device as described previously, each space with a four-sided cross-section being penetrated at least once by a tooth or a tooth. better understood by reading the following description and by studying the accompanying figures. These are given by way of example and are in no way limiting of the invention. The figures show: - Fig. 1: a top view of a grid intended for cutting foodstuffs; Fig. 2a: a top view of a device for cleaning grilles, according to an embodiment of the invention; Fig. 2b: a side view of a detail of the device shown in Fig. 2a; Fig. 3: a perspective view from above of a scraper according to an embodiment of the invention; Fig. 4: a perspective view from above of a grille seat according to an embodiment of the invention; Fig. 5: a perspective view from above of a grid cleaning unit according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 represents a top view of a grid intended for cutting foodstuffs. The grid 1 comprises in particular a ring 2, of substantially cylindrical shape. Typically it is a rotary cylinder. Thus, in a major plane of the grid, parallel to the plane of Fig. 1, the grid 1 defines a disk-shaped surface. The grid 1 comprises a centrally located ring 3 which, for example, enables the passage of a drive shaft of an apparatus for processing foodstuffs. The space of the grid 1 between the ring 2 and the ring 3 comprises a first set of blades 4, arranged parallel to each other. Said space comprises a second set of blades 5, arranged parallel to each other. The blades (4, 5) are substantially planar, the planes of said blades being perpendicular to the main plane of the grid 1 and the plane in Fig. 1. The blades (4, 5) are typically made of metal, for example of stainless steel. In the example shown in Fig. 1, the blades 4 are perpendicular to the blades 5, the spaces 6 having a square cross-section being delimited. However, a different orientation of the blades 4 in relation to the blades 5 could be chosen, in order to delimit spaces 6 with a diamond-shaped cross-section. In the example shown in Fig. 1, a gap 7 between two blades 4 next to each other is equal to a gap 8 between two blades 5 located next to each other. However, it would have been possible to select other spaces 7 and 8 to delimit spaces 6 with a rectangular cross-section. The spaces 6 with a square shape delimited by the leaves (4, 5) make it possible to obtain foodstuffs cut into cubes, which is the most classic shape used for food preparations of the salad or small cubes type. As explained above, according to the operation of the apparatus using the grid 1, food cubes may remain trapped in the spaces 6 at the end of the use of the apparatus. It is thus necessary to have access to a means for cleaning the spaces 6 delimited by the blades (4, 5) of the grille 1. Fig. 2a shows a top view of a cleaning device according to the invention. This is a comb-type device 9. Such a device can for instance be provided in metal or in plastic material. The device 9 comprises teeth 10. The teeth 10 are located in line along an axis 11. The axis 11 is located in a plane of symmetry P (see Fig. 2b) of the device 9, said plane P being parallel to the plane of Fig. 2a. Preferably, a row of teeth in line, and which is carried by the device 9, comprises between three and twenty teeth 10. In the unit shown in Fig. 2a, the teeth 10 are intended to be inserted into the spaces 6 with a square cross-section. The teeth 10 thus preferably have a square cross-section. For spaces 6 with a diamond-shaped or rectangular cross-section, it is also possible to provide teeth with a diamond-shaped or rectangular cross-section. The teeth are separated by means of grooves 12, in which the blades (4, 5) will take place when cleaning the grid 1. Preferably a groove 12 has a depth 13, i.e. a length 13 of a tooth 10, which is at least equal to the average height of the blades (4, 5), said height being measured perpendicular to the main plane of the grid 1. Thus, a vegetable cube is completely pushed out of a space 6 when a tooth 10 is inserted into said space 6. The teeth 10 are dimensioned and have a distance between each other in order to be able to be inserted simultaneously in the spaces 6 delimited by the blades (4, 5) of the grid 1. More precisely, a distance 14 between two adjacent teeth is substantially equal to a space 7 or 8 between two blades 4 or 5, with the addition of a thickness for the blade 4 or 5. Thus, the teeth 10 can be inserted simultaneously in the spaces 6 of the grid 1. Preferably, a cross-section of a tooth 10 has a side with a length 15 which is slightly less than a gap 7 or 8 between two blades 4 or 5. In this way, when inserting the teeth into the spaces 6, there is a clearance between a tooth 10 and the blades (4, 5), which facilitates the movement of the tooth 10 in the space 6. According to the invention, the device 9 comprises a finger 16, in line with the teeth 10 along the axis 11. A total length of the finger 16 should be greater than the length 13 of the teeth 10. An end 18 of the finger 16 thus protrudes relative to the ends 19 of the teeth 10. This projecting end makes it possible to insert the finger 16 into a space 6, which controls the insertion of the teeth 10 into second spaces 6 in line with the first. Preferably, when the device comprises several teeth 10, they are located on either side of the finger 16, which facilitates the control. Preferably, the end 18 of the finger 16 has a substantially tapered shape, which facilitates its insertion into a space 6. The tapered end 18 of the finger 16 is connected to a non-tapered portion 20 of said finger. Preferably, the portion 20 of the finger 16 has a shape that is substantially complementary to a space 6. More precisely, a cross-section of the portion 20 has a side that is substantially equal to a space 7 or 8 between two blades 4 or 5. Thus, the finger 16 is adapted to slide in a space 6. According to a variant of the invention, the portion 20 can be given a shape inscribed in a square cross-section of a space 6. The portion 20 may, for example, have a circular cross-section with the diameter 7, which makes it possible to slide into a space 6. However, the use of a portion 20 with a square cross-section ensures a better orientation of the teeth 10 relative to the row of spaces 6 which penetrated by the row of said teeth 10. Preferably, the finger 16 has a cross-section slightly larger than a tooth 10, in order to limit the play between the finger 16 and the blades (4, 5) to a minimum when inserting said finger 16 into a space 6. Preferably, the non-tapered portion 20 of the finger 16 has a length 17 which by at least 10% exceeds a length 13 of the teeth 10. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a device 9 is suitable for treating several grids 1, which have spaces 16 with different sizes and / or shapes and which can be included in one and the same food processing apparatus. Thus, as shown in the example in Fig. 2a, one and the same device 9 may comprise several rows of teeth 10, each row comprising a finger 16. Each row is arranged to be able to be inserted into spaces 6 of a grid 1 without the other the rows touch at said grid 1. In the example shown in Fig. 2a, the device 9 comprises three rows of teeth 10, arranged substantially on top of a triangle. These rows carry teeth 10 and a finger 16 of different sizes. An opening 21, located substantially in the center of the triangle, makes it possible to grip the device 9 by hand. It is possible to provide variants of this device, for example by arranging four rows of teeth on the tops of a square. It is also possible to envisage a device of the Swiss Army type, provided with a handle on which several holders are hinged, each of these holders being provided with a series of teeth 10. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a unit for cleaning a grid 1, such a unit comprising a device 9 as shown in Fig. 2a and a scraper as shown in Fig. 3. The scraper 22 comprises in particular a handle 23. An end of the handle 23 is provided with a plate 24, preferably of metal, provided with an edge 25. By means of the plate 24, the scraper 22 is intended to clean the surface of the grid 1, in the plane of Fig. 1, in particular before using the device 9. Thus, food residues collected above or below the blades (4, 5) can be removed, whereby said blade becomes more visible and the insertion of the finger 16 and the teeth 10 into the spaces 6 is facilitated. Another end of the handle 23 carries a pin 26. This pin has a substantially cylindrical shape, the cross section being preferably circular, oval or polygonal. The cross-sectional area of the pin 26 is noticeably smaller than the surface of a space 6 in the plane of Fig. 1. The function of the pin 26 is to perform the cleaning of the spaces 6.1 (Fig. 1) delimited by the blades (4, 5) and located at the periphery of the grid 1. In fact, in the plane of Fig. 1, the spaces 6.1 are partially delimited by the circular ring 2. These spaces have the shape of an incomplete square, so it is impossible to insert a tooth into the device 10. A thin stick is used to remove food residues from the spaces 6.1. Preferably, the pin 26 has a cross-sectional area which is less than 40% of the cross-sectional area of a space 6 in the grid 1. A cleaning unit according to the invention may also comprise a seat 27. as shown in Fig. 4. Such a seat 27 is in particular intended to ensure a stable support for the grid 1 when it is cleaned. The seat 27 comprises a space 28, the shape of which is complementary to the shape of the ring 2. The fitting of the ring 2 in the space 28 means that the grille 1 slides sideways when it is cleaned. Under the space 28, the seat 27 comprises a vessel 31, which in particular makes it possible to receive food pieces ejected by the grid 1 under the influence of the device 9. The tub 31 thus makes it possible to collect a part of the nutrients which have remained in the grid 1, during the cleaning thereof. A centrally located part 32 of the seat 27, partially raised relative to the bottom of the tub 21, serves as a support for a ring 3 centrally located at the grid 1. The centrally located part 32 of the seat 27 comprises a slot (not shown) located in the plane formed by the bottom of the tub 31. In addition, the plate 24 of the scraper 22 has a main shape of a T one end of the plate 24 provided with the edge 21 is wider than the other end of the plate 24, connected to the handle 23. Thus, when the grid 1 is placed in the space 28 of the seat 27, and said seat is placed on a horizontal support, it is possible to insert the plate 24 of the scraper 22 into the slot in the support 27, and then pivot the scraper 22 a quarter turn in the horizontal plane. . The T-shaped plate 24 is thus blocked and cannot be pulled vertically in said slot. The handle 23 on the scraper 22 thus functions as a handle for lifting the grid and seat unit 1, 27. It is possible to place this unit in a basin of hot water to complete the cleaning, without the user having to come into contact with said hot water. . Preferably, one side of the seat 27 opposite the space 28 comprises another space suitable for receiving a grid 1 with a different size and / or shape, in particular a different diameter. In the same way, the bottom of the tub 31 is common to another tub located on the opposite side of said bottom. In this way, the same seat 27 can serve to treat two grids 1 with different sizes and / or shapes. For ergonomic reasons, it is preferred that the cleaning unit consisting of the device 9, the scraper 22 and the seat 27 can be stored while taking up a minimum of space. as shown in Fig. 5 where the seat 27, the device 9 and the scraper 22 are dimensioned and designed so that the seat 27 is adapted to receive the device 9 and the scraper 22 in the space formed by its vessel 31. The unit is thus easier to store and its appearance is improved. Preferably, the handle 23 of the scraper 22 can be resiliently fitted in the centrally located part 32 of the seat, the device 9 being placed between said handle 23 and the bottom of the tub 31. The unit is thus in one piece, which facilitates its transport. A method according to the invention, for cleaning a grid 1 may comprise the following steps: - fitting the grid 1 into the space 28 of the seat 27; scraping of foodstuffs present on a surface of the grid 1, by means of the plate 24 of the scraper 22; insertion into the spaces 6 of the grid 1 of at least one tooth 10 and / or a finger 16 of the device 9, each space 6 being penetrated at least once by a tooth or a finger; insertion of the pin 26 into the space 6.1 located at the periphery of the grille 1. Optionally, one can then empty the tub 31, put the grille back on the seat 27, fit the scraper 22 in the centrally located part 32 of said seat, lift the seat 27 by pulling vertically in the shaft 23 and place the grille 1 and the seat 27 in a pool with hot water, to complete the cleaning of said grid 1.
